Who does not desires to have smooth silky and shiny hairs? But the main issue is that it isn’t that easy as it requires a lot of things just like consistent efforts, adequate attention, care and nutrition.

Why many depend on expensive shampoos to get rid of their hair woes, here are some natural Ayurvedic remedies to strengthen your hairs from within.

#OILING YOUR HAIRS:-

A recent study suggested oiling your hairs once/twice/thrice a week, depending on your hair type.

Wherein it suggests:-

If you have smooth and shiny hairs then oil them once/twice with sesame based hair oil. If you have oily scalp with white hair you must apply coconut or ghee based oil twice  week. If you have dry, thin and frizzy hair including split ends oil them twice with almond, sesame and castor oil base.

#NUTRITION:-

Apart from taking care of your hair topically, you also need to provide them with nutrition from within. The expert recommended consuming the following food items.
