On Thursday, a large crowd of devotees gathered for the darshan of Lord Ganesh at Mumbai’s Lalbaugcha Raja to mark the celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi.
Many notable figures have been visiting this iconic spot for the darshan. On Wednesday, actor RajKummar Rao, currently enjoying the success of ‘Stree 2’ and preparing for upcoming projects, visited Lalbaugcha Raja with his wife, Patralekhaa.
Celebrities such as Kartik Aaryan, Varun Dhawan, Atlee, and Shilpa Shetty, along with her family, also sought blessings at the site.

Earlier, on Monday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and his wife, Sonal Shah, visited Lalbaugcha Raja to offer prayers.
The Union Minister also visited the residences of Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis during his trip.
The Lalbaugcha Raja idol, housed at the Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal, remains a focal point of the festival, drawing thousands of worshippers.
On September 5, the first look of this year’s Lalbaugcha Raja was unveiled.
The history of this revered Ganesh idol dates back to 1934, when it was first established at Putlabai Chawl. For over 80 years, the Kambli family has been responsible for managing the idol and its festivities.
