With an aim to provide employment opportunities to youth Beauty and wellness sector skill council (B&WSSC ) organises series of Job Fairs

Beauty & Wellness Skill Council of India has always endeavoured to provide market relevant skills and knowledge to the youth and women of our nation in order to make them job ready. This one-day job fair at National Skill Training Institute for Women, Mumbai was part of the Beauty and wellness sector skill council of India’s larger effort to provide respectable livelihood opportunities to students passing out from vocational skilling courses in the beauty and wellness sector. After organising events in Delhi and NCR,
Mumbai was the second event in this month, in the series of job fairs planned by the Beauty and wellness sector skill council for this quarter.
Companies with operations across multiple states and UTs of India participated in the job fair to hire the passing out students. Urban Company- the largest at-home service provider
platform, Natural Salon- having 700+beauty salon, O2Spa- India’s largest Spa chain, Jiva Spa of Taj Hotels, Meghavi Wellness & others having immediate vacancies were a part of
the employer’s pool. The students had an option to choose the location & the company against the announced vacancies of 3400 numbers open with these top employers in the beauty and wellness domain.
The shortlisted students were issued a letter of intent. Speaking about the occasion Ms Monica Bahl, CEO-Beauty and Wellness Sector Skill Council said There is an ample scope
of growth and a noticeable demand for manpower in our industry. As we continue our journey to provide support to the trainees to explore career opportunities, B&WSSC job fairs play a pivotal role in enabling the right candidates meet the right employers and vice a – versa.
