Wedcation by Tivoli, Ambala Unveils Grand Wedding Showcase, Highlights Trending Food and Decor for 2025

A hospitality venture under the Tivoli Hospitality Group—recently hosted an extravagant wedding showcase that highlighted the most anticipated food and décor trends for the upcoming wedding season. The event welcomed prominent figures from the hospitality industry and offered guests an immersive and indulgent experience, featuring creative culinary innovations and visually stunning decor.

Guests were treated to a diverse gastronomic spread curated by the culinary team at Wedcation by Tivoli, combining traditional Indian flavors with modern global influences. The mocktails, carefully designed and aesthetically presented, further enhanced the immersive tasting experience. From live culinary stations to bespoke menus, the event reflected the future of wedding dining where presentation meets personalization.

Each dish, curated by the in-house chefs, represented the perfect marriage of artistry and innovation—right from unique plating styles to the depth of flavours. The menu struck a thoughtful balance between contemporary taste and the regal spirit of Indian weddings. Speaking about the showcase, Akshay Gupta, Executive Director, Tivoli Hospitality Group, said,
“Today’s generation seeks more than just a venue—they want a complete experience. With Wedcation by Tivoli, Ambala, we aim to offer a platform that blends tradition, modernity, and individuality. This showcase is a reflection of that vision—where every detail is curated, and every moment is personal.”

The décor trends presented at the event leaned into earthy tones, minimalistic floral designs, and uniquely curated table settings that matched the culinary presentation perfectly. Elements like dried flowers, soft candle-lit setups, and elegant tablescapes provided a warm, natural aesthetic that complemented the immersive experience.

Advanced décor elements also took center stage—suspended floral installations, LED-lit walls, personalized monogram displays, and theme-based photo zones gave a glimpse of the evolving wedding aesthetic. The decor was meticulously crafted to align with both the food presentation and the overall wedding theme, ensuring a cohesive and memorable visual journey.

This season clearly signals a shift towards intentional luxury, where sustainability, minimalism, and personalization are just as important as grandeur. Hosted by Ishan, Akshay, and Aryaman Gupta, the showcase proved that Wedcation by Tivoli, Ambala is no longer just a wedding venue—it has firmly positioned itself as the next trendsetter in North India’s wedding hospitality landscape.
