SGH will support underprivileged women & children through Paryog Foundation

Paryog Foundation and SGH Management India Private Limited have come together for a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at empowering differently-abled children through skill development and creative engagement.
As part of the initiative, employees of SGH Management India actively supported and purchased handcrafted candles made by children associated with Paryog Foundation. The activity not only promoted the children’s creative talents but also helped build their confidence and independence.
Addressing the initiative, Chief Operating Officer Anita Sumra Singh emphasized the importance of inclusive growth. She stated that true progress lies in creating an environment where individuals, regardless of their abilities, are given equal opportunities to thrive. She further highlighted that the candles symbolize creativity, courage, and determination, expressing pride in supporting such a meaningful cause.
Paryog Foundation, known for its continuous efforts in empowering differently-abled children through skill-building programs, expressed gratitude to SGH Management India for its collaboration. The organization noted that such partnerships play a vital role in fostering independence and self-confidence among the children.
Tarun Kumar, Senior Team Lead – HR at SGH Management India Private Limited, served as the CSR Activity Representative. He played a key role in encouraging employee participation and strengthening the connection between corporate values and impactful community initiatives. His efforts focused on promoting active engagement in social causes and nurturing a culture of inclusivity within the organization.
