PHDCCI organized 5th Edition of HR Conclave & 2nd Edition of HR Excellence Recognition on theme Building Future Workforce

PHDCCI successfully hosted the 5th edition of Conclave-2025 and Second Edition of HR Excellence Recognition at Hotel Lalit Chandigarh. During the Inaugural session, Lokesh Jain Co-Chair of the Haryana State Chapter of PHDCCI, emphasized the importance of prioritizing employee experience in human resource management. He underlined that HR should focus on creating an environment where individuals feel valued, motivated, and empowered to contribute their best.

On the Occasion, Dr. GP Rao, Founder Good People Relations, delivered the keynote address, sharing valuable insights on the evolving role of HR in meeting organizational needs. He emphasized the importance of adopting innovative approaches and strategies to reshape HR practices, ensuring they align with the dynamic demands of modern workplaces. His address highlighted the need for HR to be agile, forward-thinking, and focused on fostering both employee growth and organizational success.

During the conclave, Mr. Rajneesh Singh, Chair of HR Conclave 2025 and Managing Partner of Simply Group, emphasized the challenges and opportunities HR professionals face in adapting to the changing facets in current scenario. He discussed the need to reimagine HR practices, focusing on flexibility, innovation, and strategies to meet evolving workforce demands in a rapidly changing environment.

Mr. Naveen Seth, Deputy Secretary General, PHDCCI talked about the conclave serving as an important platform for thought leaders and HR professionals to exchange perspectives on the evolving dynamics of the workforce, the growing emphasis on skilling, and the imperative of employee well-being. He also stressed upon the significance of rapid digital transformation and shifting organizational priorities, wherein the role of strategic human resource leadership has gained unprecedented significance.

The Conclave featured three impactful panel discussions: Future-Ready Workforce Moderated by HR Consultant Tanushree Gupta, the session focused on emerging skills for the evolving workplace. Panellists included Amrita Singh (Denso Ten Uno Minda), JP Singh (GROZ Engineering Tools), and Aakash Thakur (Vardhman Textiles). 2. Technology in HR – Led by Anisha Raghav (Edifecs), the discussion explored digital transformation in HR with insights from Tarun Malhotra (Cyber Cops), Vishal Pandita (KeKa HR), and Arun Raghav (Mahindra & Mahindra – Swaraj Division). 3. Employee Wellness – Experts including Simar Deep Kaur (Max India), Nidhi Shyam (Premas Life Sciences), Debjani Dasgupta (MAHLE ANAND), and Anupam Biswal (The Last Mile Care) emphasized the critical role of wellness in HR strategy.

Additionally, Dr. GP Rao shared thought-provoking insights on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion during a fireside chat moderated by Ipshita Kajla.

While delivering the vote of thanks, Bharti Sood, Regional Director, PHDCCI, emphasized that HR is the backbone of any organization. SHE expressed her delight at the profound response from HR professionals to this event. Over 200 HR professionals from Haryana, Punjab, Himachal, and Chandigarh attended and benefited from the conclave, showcasing the region’s commitment to advancing HR excellence.

More than 100 HR teams from various organizations and institutes submitted their nominations for the HR Excellence Recognition, organized for the second time by PHDCCI in association with Simpli Group.

The jury honoured 10 HR teams for their best practices in different categories during the award function. Other winning companies in various categories included Grey star Services India Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Swaraj Division, Nanotech Chemical Brothers Private Ltd., Parijat Industries, Talent Gro Global, Venus Remedies Limited. The event was supported by the Keka HR- Title Partner, BMW- Krishna Automobiles- Principal Partner, NHPC- Co Partner, Maruti Suzuki- Associate Partner, HDFC- Banking Partner, Simply HR- Knowledge Partner, The Last Mile Care and Qubify- Exhibitors.
