It appears that a hacker has targeted the Twitter account of popular AEW star Matt Hardy.
The hacker has been responsible for sharing offensive messages, including some that specifically targeted Matt’s wife, Reby Hardy, and his brother, Jeff Hardy.
Following a series of tweets taking shots at his wife, AEW President Tony Khan, and Vince McMahon, suspicions arose that the Twitter account of the former WWE Superstar had been hacked.
Reby Hardy verified the news that her husband’s social media account had been hacked.
On Friday night, Matt attended a concert hosted by the band Avenged Sevenfold, and his last official tweet was about the event.
Matt Hardy made a claim that John Laurinaitis, the former head of Talent Relations, took pleasure in firing him from WWE.
During a recent episode of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, the former WWE RAW Tag Team Champion discussed his experience working in the Stamford-based promotion.
Hardy revealed that he encountered numerous issues with John Laurinaitis and alleged that Laurinaitis might have derived pleasure from firing the Broken Warrior back in 2005.
The wrestling veteran also acknowledged that Laurinaitis has a challenging role, as delivering unpleasant news to people can be quite difficult.
During tonight’s episode of AEW Rampage, Jeff Hardy expressed his desire to team up with his brother and become tag team champions once again.
