Kangana Ranaut Prepping For Emergency, Getting Prosthetic Work Done

Mumbai, 16th April 2022 (NewsHelpline) – After debuting as director with Manikarnika, actor and producer Kangana Ranaut has announced that her second feature film as director, titled Emergency, based on former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and now share prep video, where her prosthetic work is in progress.

 

 

Kangana Ranaut took to her social media and shared a reel, where she is seen working out the prosthetic, her head is covered with wax, get the mould of her face, so that she can be made to look like ex-prime minister of India, Indira Gandhi. 

 

The project will be penned by Ritesh Shah, who has films like Pink, Kahaani, Kahaani 2, D-Day, Rocky Handsome among others to his credit. He has also written Kangana’s another film Dhaakad.

 

Emergency is one of the most controversial subjects and the movie will be a hugely anticipated one among her fans.

 

Apart from co-producing, acting and directing Emergency, Kangana under Manikarnika Films is also bankrolling Tiku Weds Sheru with Nawazuddin Siddiqui and newcomer Avneet Kaur. 

 

Kangana had previously assumed the director’s chair for her 2019 movie Manikarnika. The film’s final cut had given the director credit to both her as well as Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi. 

 

Kangana is also busy with Tejas, Dhaakad, and Manikarnika: The Legend Of Didda. 

 

Dhaakad is directed by Razneesh Razy Ghai and will feature Kangana Ranaut, Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta as lead characters.
