An awareness rally was organized under “Drug Free India Campaign” by VADA Club (Victory Against Drug Abuse) ,D.A.V. College, Sector-10, Chandigarh on 23rd January 2023.
1) Club members toured the college campus raising slogans with posters delivering awareness messages.
2) Dr. Anjali Sharma, Department of Biotechnology gave an address on de-addiction to all the members.
3) At the end of the program, a successful attempt was made to engage the youth through a ‘selfie stand’ made under the theme drug de-addiction.
Posters and selfie stands giving the message of “Say Yes to life , Say No to Drugs” were the center of everyone’s attraction. It was successfully done under the guidance of Prof. Uday Bhan, Nodal Officer, VADA Club.
