Dhurandhar Creates History at the Box Office, Smashes 100 Crore Mark in Week 4

Dhurandhar has rewritten Hindi box office history by becoming the first-ever Hindi film to cross the ₹100 crore mark in its fourth week. The Ranveer Singh–starrer continues its phenomenal run, proving its exceptional staying power and setting new benchmarks for long-term theatrical success.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the 2025 action thriller collected an extraordinary ₹115.70 crore in Week 4 alone, comfortably surpassing previous records held by major blockbusters. This achievement highlights not just a strong opening, but an unmatched ability to sustain audience interest well beyond the initial weeks.

Adding to its list of historic milestones, Dhurandhar is now the only Hindi film to register double-digit box office collections for 28 consecutive days. Such consistency is a rare feat in Hindi cinema and reflects powerful word-of-mouth, repeat viewership, and broad audience appeal across regions.

What makes this performance even more remarkable is that Dhurandhar has maintained its dominance despite facing fresh competition from new releases like Ikkis, along with a reduction in screens and shows. Yet, the film continues to command strong footfalls, underlining its box office supremacy.

By early January 2026, Dhurandhar had amassed approximately 784.50 crore India net, positioning it among the fastest films to reach the highest-grossing milestones, ahead of previous record-setters such as Jawan. The film’s success showcases the power of star-driven cinema combined with strong storytelling.

With Weekend 5 expected to be super-solid, Dhurandhar shows no signs of slowing down. Its historic run is being seen as a major indicator of Hindi cinema’s robust post-pandemic recovery, driven by audience trust, scale, and content that delivers on expectations.
