CII–IWN Chandigarh Tricity Chapter Holds Annual Session 2025–26

The Confederation of Indian Industry – Indian Women Network (CII–IWN), Chandigarh Tricity Chapter, today announced the appointment of Ms Sakshi Katyal a dynamic entrepreneur and leader who is the Founder and Owner of Jade Xclusive, as its new Chairperson for the year 2025–26. Dr Lipi Pathak, Founder and Owner of Akasa Wellness Solutions and Partner at Koshaa Life, was formally declared as the Co-Chair of the Chapter.

 

The announcement was made during the CII–IWN Chandigarh Tricity Chapter Annual Session 2025–26, held at the CII Northern Region Headquarters, Sector 31 A, Chandigarh. The annual session also marked the beginning of a new chapter under the theme “Boundless Vision, Bold Future,” reflecting the network’s commitment to expanding opportunities, driving collaboration and enabling women to actively shape the future of industry and society.

Speaking on her new role, Chairperson Sakshi Katyal shared that building on the momentum of “Redefining Boundaries”, the theme for 2025-26, the focus this year will be on visionary leadership, deeper collaboration and bold action. “Boundless Vision, Bold Futures represents our resolve to go beyond limitations and create meaningful, lasting impact. CII–IWN will continue to empower women not only to participate in growth, but to lead, influence and transform the future,” she said.

Katyal, under her company Jade Xclusive offers interior design, landscape design, and architectural solutions for commercial and residential projects in India and abroad. She is also the Co-Founder of TheKaksha.com, an online tutoring platform.

A committed Rotarian, she has served as Vice Chair of the Rotary Satellite Club Chandigarh, District 3080, and represented India at the G20 Summit in Chandigarh in 2023. She has also been adjudged as the “Most Promising Entrepreneur of the Tricity” by a prestigious magazine.

The programme included welcome remarks by Ritika Singh, outgoing Chairperson of the Chapter.  Notably, Ritika Singh has been instrumental in making CII-IWN Chandigarh Tricity an important platform for women entrepreneurs. It goes to her credit that she successfully invited the Chairperson of National Commission for Women for the first time to Chandigarh at CII. She also motivated many women to become a part of CII-IWN thereby increasing the membership strength of CII -IWN.

The Annual Session also featured a special interaction titled “Women Shaping the Future of Chandigarh: Leadership, Governance, and Inclusive Growth” with Ms Harpreet Kaur Babla, Mayor, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh, as the Chief Guest. The session highlighted the growing role of women in governance, civic leadership, and inclusive urban development.

 The event witnessed addresses by Nandini Chaudhry, Chairperson CII–IWN Northern Region, and Mr. Vivek Verma, Vice Chairman, CII Chandigarh, and felicitation of past Chairs and Executive Committee members.
