Bharti Sood Honoured with ‘Excellence in Policy Advocacy Award’ at 6th Entrepreneur & Achiever Awards 2025

Chandigarh: In a moment of pride and celebration,  Bharti Sood, Regional Director of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), was conferred with the ‘Excellence in Policy Advocacy Award’ at the prestigious 6th Entrepreneur & Achiever Awards 2025 organized jointly by the Media Federation of India (MFI) and Public Relations Council of India (PRCI).
The event witnessed the presence of prominent leaders, policymakers, and industry stalwarts. The Hon’ble Governor of Punjab and Administrator UT Chandigarh, Sh. Gulab Chand Kataria, graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest, while Sardar Satnam Singh Sandhu, Member of Parliament, was the Guest of Honour.
Bharti Sood was recognised for her exceptional contribution to public policy and advocacy, especially in building industry-government linkages and championing progressive reforms across North India. Under her leadership, the regional chapter of PHDCCI has emerged as a vibrant platform for dialogue, policy shaping, and stakeholder engagement in diverse sectors including tourism, healthcare, startups, education, and women entrepreneurship.
Expressing her gratitude, Sood said, “It is truly an honour to receive this award. Policy advocacy is not just about influencing decisions but creating meaningful impact for inclusive growth. I dedicate this recognition to my entire team at PHDCCI and all stakeholders who have supported our vision.”
The evening concluded with a networking dinner attended by eminent dignitaries, media professionals, and awardees from across the region.
