The festival will run from May 24th to May 31st, 2025, promising guests a mouthwatering experience infused with authentic flavors and gourmet flair.
Speaking on the occasion, Maninderjit Singh Sibal, General Manager, shared,

Guests will indulge in a specially curated à la carte menu featuring signature street foods from across India—reimagined with finesse while staying true to their roots. From the spicy lanes of Mumbai and Delhi to the rich kitchens of Lucknow, Amritsar, and Kerala, every dish tells a regional story.
