The Tivoli Hotel met the Ministry of Tourism’s five-star criteria through its accommodation quality,  guest facilities, safety and hygiene standards, dining options, professionally trained staff, and its ability to deliver guest experiences. The hotel’s infrastructure including rooms, front-office and concierge services, modern amenities, security systems, and F&B offerings also meet with  classification norms required for five star rating in India.
