PHDCCI SHE Forum org Empowering Mind Series: Integrating Wellness with Entrepreneurial Excellence

PHDCCI SHE Forum, Haryana, in association with Amway and in collaboration with WICCI and WFC, successfully organised an interactive session under the Empowering Mind Series: Integrating Wellness with Entrepreneurial Excellence

Chief Guest on the occasion Madhu Azad, Former Mayor, Gurugram, emphasized that true empowerment stems from a healthy mind and body, and encouraged women entrepreneurs to prioritize self-care alongside professional commitments. Furthermore she appreciated PHDCCI SHE Forum for curating such a meaningful platform that brings together thought leaders to discuss wellness as a critical component of growth and leadership.

Alka Gurnani, Chair, PHDCCI SHE Forum, Haryana, underlined the vision of the SHE Forum in empowering women through awareness, collaboration, and capacity building. She remarked that wellness—both mental and physical—is a key pillar for women to excel in leadership and entrepreneurship.

Manisha Singh, Senior Secretary – International Affairs, PHDCCI highlighted the growing importance of integrating wellness into professional and entrepreneurial journeys and emphasized that holistic well-being is essential for sustainable leadership and organizational success. Radhika Gupta, State President – WICCI Delhi Mentoring & Skill Council, spoke about the importance of mentorship and skill-building in nurturing confident and resilient individuals.

Harpreet Behl, Women Fun Club, shared her thoughts on maintaining balance in personal and professional life and highlighted the role of community support and positive environments in enhancing overall well-being. During the engaging panel discussion on “The Wellness Advantage”, the esteemed panelistPeeyush Goyal, Senior Representative, Amway India highlighted the significance of nutrition and wellness products in enhancing quality of life and productivity; Jyoti Yadav, Nutritionist, spoke about the importance of balanced diets, mindful eating, and lifestyle modifications in achieving optimal health and Jigyasa Tandon, Psychologist and State President, Delhi Human Values Council, WICCI, emphasized mental well-being as a cornerstone of overall health. She also spoke on stress management, emotional resilience, and the importance of self-care in today’s fast-paced world.

The session concluded on a highly interactive and insightful note, with participants gaining practical perspectives on integrating wellness into their personal and professional lives. More than 80 women entrepreneurs attended and benefitted from the program.
