Independence Day Celebrations at Velvet Clarks Exotica, Zirakpur

Zirakpur, 15 August 2026:
Velvet Clarks Exotica, Zirakpur, celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India with great patriotic spirit and enthusiasm. The celebration commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony by Mr. Bhag Singh Sohi, CMD, in the presence of Mr. Maninderjit Singh Sibal, General Manager, along with around 100 members of the hotel team and guests.

The hotel premises were beautifully decorated to mark the occasion, creating a vibrant and patriotic atmosphere. The gathering witnessed the playing of patriotic songs, which further added to the spirit of the celebration.

Following the flag hoisting, the gathering raised enthusiastic slogans of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Vande Mataram”, reflecting the pride and love for the nation.

Guests, staff members and management came together to celebrate the occasion, followed by refreshments including tea, coffee, cookies, pakoras and traditional ladoos.

The celebration concluded on a note of unity, pride and gratitude towards the brave hearts whose sacrifices continue to inspire the nation.
