Chandigarh has been put on high alert following a suspected grenade blast near a house owned by a non-resident Indian (NRI). Witnesses saw three suspects arriving in an autorickshaw shortly before the explosion, which occurred around 6:15 pm and was heard from over a kilometer away.
A 30-second CCTV video from the area recorded the explosion, with the blast audible at the 14-second mark.
