Anita Midha becomes the President of Inner Wheel Club Chandigarh City Beautiful

The new executive of Inner Wheel Club Chandigarh City Beautiful District 308, Charter No. 8062 was announced on Monday in which Anita Midha was unanimously elected as the President of Inner Wheel Club Chandigarh City Beautiful for the year 2024-25. This installation ceremony was organized in a private hotel in Sector 17.

 

 

 

Former club president Virender Kaur handed over the post of president to the newly elected president Anita Midha, after which the President welcomed the club team. Other newly elected members of the club include Sarbani Dutta for the post of Vice President, Monica Arya for the post of Secretary, Nisha for the post of ISO, Ratanpreet Kaur for the post of Editor and Treasurer Monica Gupta. Apart from these, former President Virendra Kaur was declared IPP and former President Usha Sharma and Neelam Mahendru were declared advisors of the club.

 

 

 

Meenakshi Sharma, MD and consultant (Radiation Oncology) from IVY Hospital was present as the chief guest on this occasion. The program started by lighting the lamp by the club members, after which the report on various social works done in the Tricity was read out and the team work of the club was given credit for the better results of these works. In the program, newly elected President Anita Midha felicitated the sponsors who participated with the club in social work by giving them certificates.

 

 

 

On this occasion, a cake was cut on the completion of 4 years of the club and a pledge was also taken to do more social work.

 

 

The newly elected President of the club, Anita Midha said that teamwork is necessary to make any work successful. She said that whatever social work the club plans to do in the future, she will do it with full responsibility and dedication. She said that the aim of social service is to positively influence every aspect of life.
