Chandigarh’s Under-15 and Under-19 boys cricket teams are participating in the Fourth Sub Junior and Youth 50-Balls Cricket National Championship 2026, which will be held from May 27 to May 31 at C.V. Raman Global University in Bhubaneswar. The championship is being organized by the Odisha State 50-Balls Cricket Association of Odisha.
The Chandigarh teams departed today by rail. Sharing details about the event, Kamal Tyagi, President of the association, said that a total of 16 teams from across the country will participate in this prestigious tournament. A total of 27 matches will be played during the four-day event.
He further stated that the Chandigarh Under-19 team will be captained by Hasan, while the Under-15 team will be led by Atharv Tyagi. The teams are being supervised by coaches Ashish Baidwan and Abhishek Pandey, along with manager Varinder Suraj
